It wouldn't be a total surprise to discover that we're actually paying him to play for Man City reserves. Maybe the thread has some legs left in it yet, unlike Johnson himself.

Maybe he's still officially a Leicester player, if we signed a contract for him to be here for the season.

The match he played was a friendly, in Holland. If he's still effectively our player I don't think he would be allowed to play a proper reserve match in this country, so maybe we'll see in the coming weeks whether that happens.
