And your company's customers put more money into your company than you do, but yet you still get an invite to your staff party and they don't.

i dont think footballers can be compared to norman business employees. We have had this convo loads on here so lets not get into depth. i just think when you make the decision to become a footballer you have to be prepared to sacrifice some aspects of your life, every job should be taken on its own merits.

IMHO I think a professional footballer should not drink. He is on massive wages and in return for these wages he should refrain from drinking.

Have a party by all means, but stay on soft drinks. I do not think it can do any ood to their fitness levels...

i can't believe MM let the players and manager party after a 3-1 defeat to a team that is on the verge off playing next season in league 1, what else i don't believe is, that i last checked the score and it was 0-0 at half time and then come back to see it 3-0 memories of bolton 5-0 were coming back, it is time for kelly to leave, he has got two weeks to bring some magic to the club and if that means drinking triple vodkas to get 3 points i dont care i want to see the club move up the league, i bet players like AJ hughes and sterman prob play better when they are drunk,

but still a party after 4 results that have been so poor, draw to southend lose to palace draw to leeds and lose to qpr, damn right useless...

what i would have love to see would have been RK MM pissed together at the party and MM tells him to F**K OFF hahahah that would be pretty good,

I have no problems with MMs office party. It is huge change in the club's fortunes and should be celebebrated by all concerned. If MM only invited those who would still be at the club in August, he might have had a thin guest list, including possible absences from admin/hospitality staff if starts making changes there are well!
I would have felt a lot happier if someone could report that Kelly had told the players: "Enjoy the party, but then straight home to bed because anyone not in a fit state at 9.00am at the training ground will be disciplined." (like the England cricket team)
