It's either a 70's porn star... or the new format of disc that they think will eventually replace dvd's because it can hold x times more than a dvd.

Well doesn't look like i'll become an xbox hermit just yet. It arrived today, big dent in the outside box, another big dent on the box that the xbox is in. Set it all up and the disc drive won't open.
Pissed off and gutted big time. Doubt i'll get a replacement before xmas now!!!

I would kick up a fuss and explain that it was christmas present for your boyfriend and get yourself down to your nearest stockists (Boots i think you said) and get it sorted, otherwise Bob, your boyfriend, will be more pissed off then you are.

As Melton said, kick up a storm with the suppliers and make them feel as guilty as possible, say they have ruined your sons/whoevers christmas present.

They are sending me a new one out today... managed to get to speak to someone with sense after 5 calls and two hours on the phone.
They usually wait until they have received the faulty goods before sending a replacement. Thankfully the last guy I spoke to had sense and I didn't even have to kick up a fuss with him. The previous four people I spoke to can feck off!!!
