some excelent points.

i said before xmas when we were clueless rk should stand down (not fired). i like kelly in the set up but not as manager. anybody on this website could run affairs on the pitch as well or if not better than rk.

can we get a manager on loan (im serious) untill mm buys the club or untill someone with some backbone can come in and kick some ass and get this squad earning there dough.:066:

Strangely I was just thinking exactly the same thing. At least he knew how to get the best out of a set of players with limited ability, they all knew their jobs, kept it simple and everyone worked hard for one another. Almost the antithesis to what we have now infact.
 
I hope and pray that he doesnt pick the same 11 that (Played?) on saturday...
 
I find it very worrying that with the exception of Joey G. moving on, we have the same team that played their socks off last April to keep us up. To me this seems to be about manager motivation not whether the players are good enough. RK seems fine as a coach, but not as a manager. MON spent very little time coaching, but was brilliant at motivation, team selection and strategy. I am certain that if MM can see what we see, he will bring in a new manager, possibly in January if he thinks the right one is out there. Didn't he put about 4 into Portsmouth before getting Rednapp in?

I am just interested in why you say RK seems fine as a coach.

He was coach under Levein - and the performances were awful. He's called 'manager' now - and the performances are awful. What evidence is there that he is any good at either jobs?

for the first time ever i walked out of the game just after they scored number 2 :icon_cry: and we ferked up the cornor which could have got us one back :mad:

apart from the fact the wife phoned to say the power had gone off and i was needed at home and we only just power back on at 9:30 last night nigh :icon_conf

Despite the collection of useless feckers currently employed by LCFC, players and staff, you just can't miss the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
 
I to am not going, I find the whole scenario humiliating,they are taking the piss, this pretence of football by our side is nothing short of a complete shambles
with no-one knowing what the hell to do about it from top to bottom, I am fed up and sick and tired of sitting in the west stand and predicting what is going to happen and 9 times out 0f 10 it does its getting like Groundhog day.
I've been through a lot with our side since I started in 1944 but even with some big defeats from sides I have taken it on the chin but this season and the last two matches I have been disgusted by our complete lack of effort and ability I've decided this is my last season as a S.T. Holder I cant put up with it anymore.

I just can't wait to get down there, have those really great blokes pass that big flag over my head, listen to Birchenall reading out the names of the great players that Kelly has selected, then listen to the PA man play loud music right up to the kick off drowning out the crowd trying to sing, and then watch our brave boys get stuck right into the opposition.......
