When asked if Kelly and Stowell will be in charge for the reason of the season, TD said that they'll look at it on a game to game basis, but the decision was only made today so it's too early to know.

is that what you would like, or inside info?

glad about Gary Mac's wife.

No, it isn't what I would like to happen. I am given to understand that it is what is going to happen.

Is this a definite?

The last bit is definite. The first bit is what I understand is to happen.

Please GOD not Bertie Bassett. My heart sinks and my soul follows every time I hear him speak. The man doesn't have an original thought in his head, and look what happened when MA took over from him at the end of our relegation season - he did far better with the same team than BB had done - and look what happened to MA.

:023: Paul Danson & Peter Jones to take over, they have Saturdays spare these days!. ;)

Here's one for you.....

Lennon as player-coach..........

Something you've heard?

Interesting...

Somebody on the radio talking sense now. Saying about approaching John Robertson and Steve Walford since they did the coaching for MON and aren't doing anything right now, and then get a good motivator in with them, somebody who cares about the club. Good idea.

Barber says he's just spoken to Peter Reid. Reid says he'd take the Leicester job it seems like... Not sure whether I'd be pleased with that or not.

Ideas

Couple of ideas
My Thoughts

Gradi-Old Crewe old manager
Dion- Leicester Born
John Robertson-Worked under MON
MON- Will not come
Peter Reid-Passed it
Gary Mc-No Experience
Bassett-Not sure
Steve Walsh-Would be good leader
Clough- Young
Mike Newell- Will never come

I wouldn't be as against it as many others seem to be as long as he was on a short term deal so wouldn't have to pay him off later

i heard this to!

not a bad idea IMO

Maybe that's where Neil Lennon comes in? ;)

Cares about the club, comes in as a player coach to maybe motivate the others, and obviously worked with Robertson and Walford before...

I think they will keep Kelly and Stowell till end of the season.
Probably get a couple of decent results. LCFC will want to keep paying their smaller wages compared to a full-time manager's.
