They're young enough and already good to hope they can develop into players who can play at a higher level, or
They're Momo Sylla, who might just decide he can be arsed to try if the club is really going for it (first out the door if he doesn't)

I didn't consider youngsters like Chambers since they've not even made a first team start yet.
