I think he will look for a more media interesting manager with RK as assistant/head coach.

I agree about the first point but not the second. I don't see RK staying or actually wanting to stay as second in command in a new regime. And if there is a new manager he'll have his own coaching team.

This discussion could well be null and void by then as we might all be calling for a new manager by New Years Day...... (Homer]

OH yea of little faith

I supsect a dismal performance tomorrow and there will be a thread on here by 5.30pm asking for him to go.

Kelly has to step aside and he has to do it now. Any other manager and we'd be screaming for him to be sacked (Adams, Levein, Basset). Kelly has been blessed with the same "luck" that Hume as been blessed with and no matter how much shit is dished up in front of them, certain sections of the crowd still think he's a God.

Well bollox to all the "give him time" people, and the "He didn't want the job" people, and the "he's a really good coach" people. Like feck he is.

Stop hiding behind the fact that he's a nice guy and genuinely cares about the club, I say get rid now, get it sorted and lets get moving forward. The board can't worry about MM and what's happening in the future, they need to act in the manner that they own this club and will continue to do so. So fecking deal with it.

I want Rob Kelly out, based purely on what I see on the pitch and in the league tables. Enough is enough surely

Why would anybody take the job with a takeover imminent? I think we are in limbo until the takeover is completed and then I think MM will bring somebody else in.

A month ago, I wouldn't have agreed, but now, I do. :icon_lol:

kelly out. simple as! he might go round to everyones house on a sunday for tea and may be nearly everyones best mate......but, did we need to set out for a draw against that today. once porter and hammond came on we charged forward and even got an equaliser...i think. fryatt is a pile of toss at the moment (rather play elvis) and should be dropped and porter is up and coming and should be given a few chances to start surely

The players need blaming too IMO, they're not all pulling their weight.
And in any other job the manager would be blamed for inept staffing. But you're right, and maybe the reason they are behaving like a bunch of fukwits is becasue they are getting away with it

Dead right.

We have no money even for a short-term loan player. So you pay off the manager with money you haven't got, increasing the debt and possibly reducing the sale price. Then go out and look for an experienced manager you can't pay (without racking up even more debts) who will be delighted to come to a club with no money to strengthen the team, an undersized, unbalanced, sub-standard squad, with no guarantee of being in post for more than a couple of months. I can see them queuing up the length of Filbert way.....

Stick a caretaker in FFS, this club has got to stop thinking one dimensional, there are ways to change things.

Kelly hasn't got the noodle to change the formation to accomodate for our lack of available players, he still insists on 442, when it clearly isan't practical as we don't have the players to fill a 442 formation.

I can see it now, we drop too far and then MM really can't get us near the play offs, we need to change it around. All the MM haters will be loving this scenario
