First Qualifying Round is the same weekend as the men’s. By my count, eight Leicestershire sides involved:

Steadied Town Rangers v Kirby Muxloe
River City
v Allexton & New Parks
Leicester City Ladies
v Brookside Athletic
Radcliffe Olympic v Asfordby Amateurs
Birstall United
v Beaumont Park

I googled Long Itchington when I saw this result at the weekend, as I'd never heard of it and wondered where it was.
Me too, turns out it's a village of barely 2,000 souls. By way of compaison, the club's men's team play in the Leamington and District Sunday Football League - don't think it'd be a contest between them and the Trees men either.

The women are ninth out of ten in the West Midlands Regional League Division One South, which is five levels below the WSL. The team below them have a goal difference of -50 and have only played four games.
