There was a time not so long ago when there were at least three women posting on this forum. Perhaps this might inspire some to return. Maybe it'll encourage TPTB to reach out to under represented groups. Whatever happens after this tournament, if middle-aged moaning women aren't given the opportunity to follow their dreams and join us middle-aged moaning mongs, then what are we all doing?

I'm seeing this plastered all over the papers at the minute. Is it a bit OTT in terms of the message?

Do we not live in an age where women's equality has never been more at the forefront?

Should we just be celebrating without having to bring the discussion back to this all of the time?
