Portugal Qualify, Mexico Close
Mexico 2-0 Angola
Jessels Angola side are taught a footballing lesson by OldGits Mexico side. Goals from Borgetti and Lozano seal en easy win, but Mexico will be disappointed they did not score more.Angola can not now qualify.
Portugal 1-0 Iran
Brauny Blue and his Iran side now need a big win in their final match against Angola and after hope Portugal beat Mexico to stand any chance of qualification to the next stage. This was a closer game than expected and Lboro fox will be thankful to a nice finish from Pauleta just after the hour mark which sealed an unconvincing win.

Very annoyed
After being knocked out at teh first hurdle, Costa Rica Manager TomBmx5, had one thing to say about his side.
" I have to say, it was a shite performance, and no member of this Costa Rica squad will ever be selected again"
It was a dissapointing World Cup for TomBmx5 who widely expected his boys to do much better than what they have, after loosing both of their opening matches without scoring.
His last words were "I widely look forward to the next World Cup where I will not be manager of Costa Rica as I choose to resign after the final game of our group stage."
TomBmx5 will be sadly missed.

Again Dull Games, Again No Goals
Czech Republic 0-0 Ghana
This group remains very tight as Nathan andMusswell Fox play out a poor 0-0 draw which is dominated by midfield battles. Only 3 shots in the whole match 2 of them for the Czech Republic.
Italy 0-0 U.S.A.
A very one sided encounter with little to show for it. Italy had all the possesion but were frustrated on numerous occasions by former Leicester keeper Kasey Keller. Blaby Blue Blood and fosseboy83 are still no nearer to knowing whether they will bein the last 16.

Brazilians Rule As Aussies Waxed, Croatia Looking Comfotable
Brazil 2-1 Australia
Again Brazil struggled to find their form but managed a narrow win over Joe_Fox's Australia. Viduka again produced the goods on the big stage with a stunning volley from just outside the box to equalise Adriano's earlier strike. Another late goal secured the win for Brazil and MK Fox as Ze Roberto fired home from close range with 16 minutes remaining.
Japan 0-2 Croatia
Croatia delivered what they threatened to do in the opening match with a great peformance in this fiery encounter. Tackles were flying in from all angles and Croatia defender Tudor was sent-off just before half-time.
Japan never really worried Croatia though and two-close range finishes from Klasnic gave the Croats a good win.LS6 fox will be pleased that Croatia have a great chance of progression. Sadly though Fox From The Hudd will be going home after their final match against Brazil.

France Hit 5 As Switzerland Stroll
France 5-1 South Korea
The most entertaining game of the tournament so far see's Dunc's French side come from behind to secure a magnificent win and send a warning to all other World Cup hopefuls. LeeH's Koreans took a shock early lead through Park Choo Young. France soon settled in though and Theirry Henry his a fantastic Hat-Trick before half time and Trezeguet tapped in another as France went in at Half-time 4-1 up.
They toyed with South Korea in the second half and as the frustration grew some Koreans lost their cool. Tottenham defende Lee was sent off for bringing down Henry in the area, henry then stepped up and slotted home the penalty, taking his tournament tally to 6 goals in 2 games.
Togo 0-1 Switzerland
Vonlanthen scored a direct Free Kick in the 9th minute to seal victory for Babylon. Durham Fox's side can not follow up the heroics of their opening match and fail to muster a single shot on goal as Switzerland ease to victory.

Gusin gave Ukraine and Bocadillo their first vitory with a shot that went just under the Arabian keepers diving body.Foxes Girl's World Cup hopes now look slim.

Torres bags again for Spain as Real Sharapova looked on course for a second consecutive win. This looked even more likely as Bouazizi was Sent-Off for a second yellow card in the 73rd minute.
