The big occasion got the better of Fox Fan's side and they were behind as early as the 9th minute to Real Sharapova's Spaniards.
All three goals for Spain were headers, and all good ones at that.
The first came from Jose Antonio Reyes after a well flighted Xavi cross.
Raul glanced in a second just before the break from a Reyes corner and Luis Garcia produced almost a carbon copy of Raul's goal to wrap it up in the 71st minute.
Serbia will be delighted they have come this far, but very disappointed they didn't produce any kind of performance when it really mattered.
