The fairy tale continues!
Mike Hunt Smells somehow made it to the Semi-Finals in very undeserving circumstances after Lazzers host side dominated throughout. Germany had numerous chances falling mainly to Klose and Podolski although Schweinsteiger missed the best chance. Dindane scored the only goal of the match, on 66 minutes, from the spot. Friedrich brought down Drogba when he was through on goal and was correctly dismissed. Dindane powered home the resulting penalty with ease.

Musswell Fox eased into the Semi-Final in what some may call a suprise result against Bocadillos organised Ukraine side. Goals in either half from goal machin Boakye ensured that Ghana's amazing World Cup continued and they are now only one step away from the final.

Trinidad And Tobago 0 -2 Serbia And Montenegro



Beighton155 dreams of a World Cup Semi-Final were dashed after Trinidad came unstuck in an even match against Fox Fan's Serbia side.
Zigic bagged both goals the second being a fine powerful header.
Trinidad have done themselves proud and will surely go home to a heroes welcome.
Serbia must now be one of the favourites.

Czech Republic 1-3 Spain


Nathan and his Czech Republic side will be heartbroken after this defeat. Czech Republic were cruising to victory after an early goal from Milan Baros lasted until the 87th minute. Then inexplicably Pavel Nedved lunged in feet raised from behind on Reyes. Nedved was rightly shown the red card and Spain had a free-kick in a dangerous position out wide. Reyes whipped in the kick and Xavi glanced home an exquisite header to level matters for Real Sharapova's side. The match went to extra-time where the Czech Republic players legs were tiring and couldn't compete with the man dis-adavantage. Two further headers, another one from Xavi and a fine looping one from Torres sealed a perhaps undeserved win for Spain.
Nedved should keep a low profile after this stupid act which undoubtedly cost his side a place in the Semi-Final.
