:038::038::038: Great news. Nice to see a player who's happy to move down a level to get more game time/because they'll enjoy it more.

Sign him up Sven. Even when talking about Leicester next season he is saying 'We', looks to me like he has made his mind up and is saying 'Come get me'

even though i think he is a lazy git , i would love to see him sign , his goalscoring record speaks for its self 10 in 19 , happy days

****ing HELL!!!!!! Whats his goals to game ratio? Just not good enough thats what!

If you actually listen to the interview, unsurprisingly, he doesn't sound as gushing (what a word) as he comes across (for gods sake) in the article. But still positive nonetheless.

I think this one is probably close to a done deal. For me, highfiving Sven after scoring against watford pretty much said everything that needed to be known about this. Dammit, I'll be really upset if we don't sign him- and frustrated

I hope he's not expecting to get the same wages at City as he does at Everton, his current deal is way beyond anything we can realistically afford. Good signing if he doesn't bankrupt us.

Whether its just to protect his own back he did say in an earlier interview that he's not bothered too much about money any more. Perhaps he's reahed the same point as Bellamy where he just wants to play?

I would think that if he only cost £2million we would be happy to pay his wages. I think he would be great value for the money.

i'm looking forward to more "and ehhhhhhhhhh"'s in his interviews.

Same ratio next season would do for me. Alongside another half decent striker.

Hes too old, he's past it, we can get better and younger.
