Tielemans is being interviewed by a few people today. Sky, etc. Also appearing on LCFC in-house channel later on. All very glowing about City.

I know I am partial to a conspiracy theory but would the club be doing this if they weren't confident of getting him permanently?

I think this implies that it's a done deal.
