anyway, he hasn't been punished. It that happened anywhere in uk and was caught on cctv then he'd in front of the beak on a abh charge.

Exactly, footballers are in a very priviledge position and should take that position in society seriously when they step out of line they should be fined on a pecentage of what they earn. I dont think comparing them to someone who earns 200 quid a week is right. i dont like the amount footballers earn at all but if they are going to earn that amount then they should take on the extra responsibility that comes with holding that position in society.
