He looked a different player tonight... didn't seem to have the confidence he showed against Cov. I don't think the pitch helps though considering he's a player that likes to run with the ball.

Agreed - for the type of player he appears to be, last nights game was not a game for Zsolt Laczko with the pitch, the physical side Palace are etc.

I dont think he made any particular mistakes or played particularly badly he just drifted in and out of the game and was not such a threat like he was against Cov.

From what I have seen, Zsolt is something of a luxury player. At home on a decent pitch is his territory, anything else and you have to accept you will carry him for periods of the game in the hope he does something special to win you a game.

I thought he did well but looked very tired around 70 mins before he went off ,just wonder if he's still not 100% match fit or not totally sorted the step up from where he did play .

Not having a good at him as he's doing good just a thought though

Me too. Didn't do a great job as a winger as such, but got back well to help out, and came in from the flank to add another body into the box when the ball was on the other side.
