When the supporters coaches arrive at the ground. A member of staff from the ticket office personally takes them to the other teams ticket office. Unless they have sold out ofcourse.

i thought they took them with them on the taem coach on the day of the game. thats what they do if you say that you want to collect them on the day of the game at the away ground

i had a massive argument about this with an ugly bitch who works in the scuthorpe ticket office
