Just got my Charlton & Blackburn tickets through the pre-order scheme, no charge applied. Hopefully the ticket office will be doing what they did last season, which was to ignore the charge. I think off the top of my head I was charged an extra amount twice last season.

We spoke to a representative of the club and have had it confirmed that there is no charge anymore, a load of crap pr could have been avoided.
