I am making one of my rare trips South this weekend and will be going to the match (why, I don't know, must be a masochist).

Can I get in the 1884 and meet some of you lot, or is it not open to casuals like me?

depends on whether it's a game where non-ST holders are allowed in, though if you get there before 1pm the lads on the door normally let you in, epsecially if you are meeting folk in there.

Go to the ticket van (to the right of the 1884 entrance) and ask for a pass, they should give you one......then you get the pass.

I've gone back on my "never again this season" vow and bought tickets for Saturday. As I've got them as part of a birthday promotion they came with passes to the 1884. If I make it to the ground in plenty of time I'll head in and look for an (inner) circle. I'll be easy to spot - I'll be wearing a Leicester shirt and jeans :icon_bigg
