The fixtures are quite often the same. I remember us playing Villa on the opening day about 4 seasons running.

So my prediction is Swansea at home.

You're probably right. :icon_wink We did play them 2 or 3 times in the late 90s though on the opening day though. Also remember us playing Sunderland 2 seasons running til they got relegated and Southampton.

I'm hoping for an early season game away at Portsmouth, its the only ground in the division I've not been to and would be good to tick it off early. Does anyone know if the BSBP games are announced the same day?

If that happens and you do go, make sure you get there early- Gunwharf quays is worth a visit, even if only for the toilets

I actually wouldn't mind that, want to go riverside this year and I have never been, at least being the first game of the season we may take a few.
