That's pretty accurate and shows a good depth of knowledge of our club. An impressive summary, I'd say.
Yet pundits at the racing post have us down as breaking into the top six this season, they too also say Puel is favourite to get the chop along with the Watford manager. Bournemouth are noted as being possible candidates for relegation, in short who the **** knows, personally I think Puel has signed some positive players and we will do well this season.

I love how our predictions range from 6th to 18th. There won’t be many other teams forums with a range as wide as ours I’m sure.

I bet there are a lot with a range not far off that.
I don’t know. We’ve gone from a relegation battle, to winning the league, to getting to the champions league quarter finals, to then showing relegation form over the past 4 months.

I reckon:
There is a pretty clear “top 6”, by most people’s guessing.
There are a 2/3 teams like us, who a lot of people might guess between 7th - 10th.
There are a couple that would be relegation favourites.
There are the rest that most people would guess between 11th - 18th.

Throw in the odd optimist/pessimist amongst any of the teams who might be predicted to finish anywhere between 7th - 18th and you can get pretty close to that.

When you think of our probable starting 11 it's half a team of very good players and then some unknowns and bobbins. Depends which ones you think will have the greatest impact I suppose...that and the manager of course.
