Only on TV twice in first 9 matches. Lots of 3pm kickoffs for a change

Carabao cup against Tranmere on Tuesday 27 August. KO 7-45pm. Tickets on sale today for ST holders

Boxing Day 8pm can now **** right off

Man City v Everton or Chelsea v Fulham would have been much easier for the away fans. That’s shit for our supporters.
Yeah, but that would involve considering the fans when making these decisions.

I was trying to think of fixtures that would have a “big team” in it and would therefore still be attractive to TV companies and those two were easy to pick.

All the boxing day games are on Amazon Prime. So it's just a case of Amazon deciding the kick off times rather than which ones to show.
Yes I know, but ultimately that’s a prime kick off time for TV audience, so it’ll be a big game that they want.

I am sure this has been said but how many times have we played Liverpool on boxing day? Feels like a LOT
I think this’ll be the third time since 2014.

From memory we have also played them at least another 3 times over the Christmas/New Year period on top of that, since 2014.
