Going by that then, if you had a subscribed area on here where you had to pay to access it so folk just browsing the site cant look in, are you saying you can't even discuss these stories in those subforums?

(Or even in moderator/admin areas)

Where Macky says you can't post stuff in PMs cos it's not 'private'.

I'm not sure of the legal technicalities, but I guess if someone found out you were saying bad things about them via PM they may think they have a legal case to do something about it.
