Domestic loan signings only, not players from abroad.

And even then, domestic loan signings aren't allowed until Friday I think when the loan window opens.

I like the fact we're looking at young players. Blackburn had a look recently and liked the look of him. I'd rather take a chance on a young player than pay a little for a players who's been around the clubs, especially if this lad can play on the left side.

FYI - It's very difficult for a young foreign player to get into a Scottish Prem team. The Scottish teams have to include 3 Scottish under 21 players - the majority of which sit on the benches, quite often leaving only 1 spot after the goalie.

I think as long as it's from an EU club it's ok. Plus, they might just be telling us that the deal's finalised, but it'll probably be officially completed on Friday.

Yeah its more than possible. Its nothing to do with consipirices - just my belief that the manager should decide who is signed. As he's the one that gets the boot if they don't perform on the pitch.

MM has made the decision to sign a player. Of course someones probably pointed this player out to him. But the same thing would happen if a manager was wanting to sign a player. He's made the decision - which should be the managers. That was my point.

I agree that MM should leave player decisions to a manager, but as we do not have one and we are very short on left sided players I do not see the problem with the loan, better to have the option than not at all

hes obviously been brought in to challenge for a place rather than one for the future if hes here till the end of the year only.
the reality is weve got a shit load of strikers, and experimenting what the best two are, while trying to compete in the league is not ideal.unless we get a settled forward line that is scoring we will not be going up this season, unless we get a shed load from midfield :icon_conf

I'd agree with you if it was I a player that was better than we have...granted i've not seen this guy play...but i've going to put myself out on a limb and say a 18 year old forward whos been playing for Rangers reserves is not going to set this league alight.
