Either way its a balls up, if we had sent everything in time I'm sure we would have appealed if it's FA they should sort it, although SKY are saying Silva may make his own appeal, which probably means he had signed in time and someone made mess.

I doubt that the club would have wanted any sort of hearing which would have gone into the public arena. The episode has been damaging to Leicester City and more so to Silva. If Rudkin was the accountable officer then in any normal business he would have to depart. Leicester City is of course anything but 'normal'.

Indeed. FIFA are effectively blocking a legitimate course of action. They're preventing their decision being challenged. The expedited process should not need their approval.
