In terms of building for the long term I must say I'm impressed with the way he's integrating the younger members of the term. I don't think its a coincidence that NDidis form has suddenly picked up since he arrived and Chilwell and Gray are playing as well as they ever have.

I think it is with Ndidi. He needs a strong, calm midfield partner. Iborra is coming good now, and is much better than King.

The other two though, I agree with entirely.

So his availability is nearly upon us. I for one am very excited and intrigued as to his impact. A new central midfielder in January would have always been a requirement with our current squad. In truth, I think we have done very well to get to this point of the season in a decent position with our current players.
If Silva does turn out to be a very good player it could have a hugely significant impact upon our season (presuming that we do not lose anyone of value). Perhaps we could still push for the top 6?

Time this was now specified as "confirmed" IMO a 3 man central midfield comprises of a stopper, passer and runner, im hoping Silva will be the "passer" to compliment Iborra and NDidi
