Actually he probably didn't... only about 20% of those who accept a deal on the programme get any money.
The Dragons go away and check all the info he gave, check out his background etc. Only then if they still fancy it does it go ahead.

Yeah sometimes the people decide to back out as well in the end. That guy whose got that cap shop near The Shires car park with Richard Lee decided in the end not to take the investment! Although I'm sure it would be wise if good old Kieth went ahead with it as it was plain to see that he had no knowledge of numbers whatsoever and would end up spending loads of money producing 50 times as much source that he actually needed!!

That is one of the many interpretations of the word. As my link showed. In modern times, I believe people dont use it the sense you're trying to convey.
And it me it seemed '50 million litres' was a tad bullshiting. Can he read?!? It said on the piece of paper otherwise.

alan smith is quality, except that goal he scored agaist us when muzzy scored a cracker to get the score to 2-2 and then voodika got sent off, smith the fecker got the winning goal, if he had never scored would we still be here???? makes you wonder...but i would like to see him here he would be a great signing but he aint gonna come to leicester city
