Just realised my foolishness of my statement, looking at google. TBH I have only seen one Topps Tiles in England, next to the St Matthews Estate.

Thanks, I have listened to it and he sounds like a top bloke and he is really looking forward to the challenge. He seems to know what he needs to do to put a good team together and he seems proud of everything he has achieved so far at other clubs.

Except that he won't actually be on the pitch. It's down to the players.

IMO no manager could get any significant results from the present playing staff - they need scattering to the 4 winds and virtually a new team being put in place. Quite a tall order.

Totally agree - however I think the likes of Fryatt, Stearman and Weso may start to play to their potential, which would be amazing.
