To be sure I would have to obtain a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association to be sure, And I'm not paying Companies House for that! Even if it were not the case, if it reached that level I'm sure all shareholders would cash their chips in - it's absolutely pointless being a really small minority sharerholder.
