pretty sure the club does need a licence as the competition qualifies as a lottery

I had to go through a totally different company when I won my television and cheque. A company so shit it handed out a huge amount in prizes and took in a handful in ticket sales.

If we were generous we might think it was just a hiccup from using something like Dragon Dictation or similar.

Either way it was not proof-read, or if it was, it was done by someone just checking that all the words were spelt correctly, not that it made any sense!
