To be honest I am suprised you are doing as badly as you are. When we played you lot last year you didn't look bad (though we were poor all year last year) and I thought you'd get midtable this year. Like you say it's early though, you have plenty of time to pick up.

It's nice of you to say so but don't allow yourself or anybody else to believe that it is as easy as your words seem to suggest. It has been a hard battle and I'm sure it will continue to be that way - thank goodness for that early Millwall reverse from which we seem to have learned.

You'll have to excuse me for not having taken much notice of your progress; it came as a complete surprise to me on Saturday when I was told that effectively you were just one position in front of us. You at least should take comfort from the fact that we have to get 3 points nearly every week just to stay where we are, whereas a couple of wins should get you out of the relegation zone and a third would see you winging your way into mid-table.

I can't imagine that we are going to swap divisions again at the end of the season - and I say that as an optimistic City fan, but one who would far rather it were Coventry who was stuck at the bottom of the Championship :icon_wink

We can all have fun about another clubs demise, but deep down it would be much more exciting to have all of us in the same division.
Cant beat a good old local derby.

Im from Hinckley, right on the Warwickshire border, and i grew up and went to school with a loads of Cov fans, so theyve always been our biggest rivals to me. Plus, now theyve built the Ricoh i live nearer to their ground than ours

Also, Forest and Derby are rivals with each other, and dont give a shit about us. Neither us or Cov have any fierce rivals, so i think theyd be the prime candidates to start a fierce rivalry with (i know you cant just make a rivalry but still)
