Excited to get the season going again.

However, Arsenal are the one team I've never seen us beat no matter how well we play. They are our absolute bogey side so I'm not expecting anything.

Horrific set of opening fixtures in general tbh but still looking forward to getting going!

Expect Mahrez to have a good game - but that's about it.

We don't seem to be set up to give Arsenal too much difficulty - and short of a couple of characters through injury who might have given us a bit of bottle.

I thought Shinji did well last Friday....which doesn't bode well in terms of his almost certain inclusion for Arsenal away, when he reverts to type and spends most of the game on the floor. A real trier tho.

Don't think Arsenal will need the ref- but they will get a dodgy decision if they need it.

They can rest easy - Arsenal always get the decisions against Leicester. It's obligatory.

Away from home, we should probably go 5-3-2 or 4-5-1 to keep things tight at the back and avoid Arsenal passing their way through us, but no doubt we will go 4-4-2 and do what we always do: try and hit them on the break, which isn't impossible given their slow centre backs, however I just can't see us outscoring them. Nil point from this game.

I've nobody to blame but myself. Had the choice of completing this Friday or next. Chose this Friday as it's taken since April to get to this point which is ridiculous as the mortgage was approved instantly and there was no chain either way. Been sat waiting for **** all since June. Forgot to check the fixture list...

Wait 'till afternoon on friday - tell the seller that you will only give instructions to complete if he drops another five grand from the price - and you're happy to pick up the keys on Monday while they think it over - then go down the pub when it all hits the fan.

We negotiated a ridiculous reduction in the price as its a quick sale...mugged them right off there. Reckon another £5k and a pint wouldn't harm anyone.
