Just seen the highlights. What utter bollocks defending from Justin and Ayew. Don't let him out of the fault.
I wonder if that would have looked different with Mads. Justin looks like he's about to pass to Jakub but changes his mind.
Doesn't matter. You ain't winning games when it looks like this

It was horse shit from both of them but Justin needs to just get the **** outta here.

Just saw the second goal.

It’s dripping in relegation, that. A real manager would have them watching that on a loop and certainly not playing football.

We didn’t set out to win that game at all. I thought it was a bunch of cowardly bollocks from the manager.

Obviously he doesn’t start one of our best players this season, yet again. Then the first half was probably the dullest I’ve ever seen, we didn’t look to try to score in the slightest.

Then it was a complete masterclass in ****ing shite substitutions. We didn’t bring Buonanotte on until the 83rd minute, which is ludicrous, he should have been on for Mavidoodoo at half time. Or at least send him on as the second goal nestled the net. And then Bobby Reid comes on in the 89th minute?! And don’t get me started on Okoli for Coady.

Seriously, what is with this centre back substitution every game? He’s a complete ****ing idiot.

The way we're playing will lead to points. That's how the league works. We play like shit and the opposition get 3 of them. Give him some salt lick for his genius observation.

Always was the minute we appointed Steve Cooper, and then let him sign a load of dogshit and dismantle everything that was good about last season

Appointing a complete duffer in his place is just adding insult to injury

100% this.

We made our bed by getting Cooper in and letting him bring in some much shit.

Hiring RVN is us lying in it.

Play like that and we’ll be fine?

I see what he's saying though. Hopefully he just forgot to add the "and sign a couple of defenders that can actually defend" part of the equation.

I think our general play has been better with RvN than Cooper, and all season we've surprisingly been able to score goals - we just have shit players at the back making far too many individual errors.

2 defenders could make such a huge difference to this season.

In all honesty, van Nistleroy is more than likely another dud but this complete debacle is firmly at the door of Cooper and the ****s that hired him.

He was allowed to remove every single part of our system and replace it with a blank tactics board and a very unhappy, divided dressing room. He was allowed to bring in some of the worst signings we have ever made without focussing on our areas of need and then wasn't challenged about dreadful performances in pre-season that carried on into the start of the season. I said at the time that he was causing irreparable damage and it seems that this was the case.

van Nistleroy has been left with a bunch of dreadful signings and an injury list that makes the squad thinner than Karen Carpenter. Okay, he has used it hideously so far but I'd argue that our performance against Manchester City was our best of the season and the performances against Brighton (second half) Liverpool and today really weren't that bad at all.

He'll probably be gone by February if this continues but unless we get a new RB and CB in it won't matter. Having Ndidi back would also be a massive boon.

We will more than likely be relegated this season but like I say, it won't have anything to do with losing to Liverpool, Manchester City and Villa. It'll be the games against Everton, Palace, Wolves, Ipswich, Brentford etc.

Totally agree. We have played better football under RvN but he's making the same mistakes as Cooper did in terms of defence. He's got fewer resources to play with, granted but he's got to take the decision to remove Justin and try something else.

and all season we've surprisingly been able to score goals
Apart from the last 5 matches where we’ve had 3 blanks.

We only had 1 blank from 15 before that.

We were going down under Cooper but we may go down under RvN, there’s a difference.
Were we? I recall us being 16th having spent zero days in the relegation zone all season when he was sacked.

I’d say it was the other way round. It was a maybe before, it’s a definite now.

We’re doomed.
