Er, all of them! I use Andy Cole cos he's available and cheap. I may be mixing real life and FM here, but I doubt it.

Im sure lots of top clubs do, it makes perfect sense. To have a coach with serious ability teaching younger plays the art?

Our first 11 is quite young now - so if we can get a really good coaching team around them, we should be sorted!

I was very surprised and shocked when I first read our first team basically just has the manager, assistant manager and the same old goalie coach. Seems threadbare.

Well I looked at the big fours websites yesterday and none of them had a striker coach listed.
