In fact, didn't England once start a game with Weller, Worthington, Whitworth and Shilton all in the starting line-up? You can see it now Newton, Cort, Stearman......err we don't have an English keeper do we.....?

England played two games with Shilton, Weller and Worthington in the team, against Scotland and Argentina in 1974.

Whitworth didn't play for England until 1975, he played 7 games that year but no other Leicester players played in any of those games.

i never got the pleasure of seeing the likes of worthington, weller or lineker play; i can only just remember heskey breaking into the team as a young byson, it wouldnt be right or me to comment on players i never got to see so i would have to go for matty elliott or muzzy
