If he signs we'll have to pick from Nugent, Sharp, Beckford, Waghorn and Howard, as forwards,....obviously with Vassell and Schlupp on the sidelines and Gallagher able to deputise. That, in theory, should provide us with enough strike power. A quality provider in the middle and I think we'll be alright.

The big worry over Sharp, for me, is the fact that both Donny and the media have been very vocal about our accepted bid, this'll alert other watching teams. Going to be a nervy one I reckon.

I have no faith in transfers anymore. After the shower of shite we have seen come through the doors ... anybody with a reputation seems to flop with us.

The only success we have had for as long as I can remember was from signing players I have never heard of.... Hobbs, Waghorn etc...
