Hey, that's my mantle! Leave M17 alone. I am the crowned prince of poop scoups.

M17 is exactly right though, and put with satisfying wit if I may say so. De Vries is much improved. But for how long? And to what extent? Can he really keep it going? Unlikely.
Then again, I have just seen a pig flying past my window, so you never know.

Probably chasing after a joyrider in their helicopter.

Team for Blackpool

i know its really early but its got me thinking alot, what will the team be for blackpool??, and what formation will MA go for??...is he going to for a rotation system??

Re: pre-blackpool match thread

anyone at the last home league game against Blackpool?

both teams were pushing for promotion, the pitch was in a terrible state. just before kick off news came through that the match had been called off and people started to leave only for the kop to start chanting that the game was on, the game did go ahead and if memory serves me right Rodney Fern had a shot that beat the keeper and stuck in the mud right on the goal line.
finished 0-0 and we missed out on promotion.

Not to me it isn't. I'll be about 180 miles away.

Team for Saturday...

Assuming there are no more signings or if there are they are not ready to play - here is the team I would pick.

Nielsen

Chambers McAuley N'Gotty Sheehan

Newton Clemence Kishishev Mattock

Hume MDV

SUBS: Campbell, Wesolowski, Kaebi or Hayes depending on who is fit, Stearman, Henderson

**** me..... I'm suddenly not as confident about the season as I used to be :(

Re: pre-blackpool match thread

1-1

N'Gotty

We'll lead for most of the match then fall asleep for a set peice on 88

Assuming no new signings

I'd have thought 4-3-1-2 rather than 3-4-1-2.
