Some observations.

Did Was-The-Beast only become less effective when pushed out to right back?

Is Schmeichel dogshite? Or is it our defence generally? Or can we we blame the strikers for not scoring enough goals in open play?

Brighton had 4 shots on target and scored 3 goals. We had 10 shots on target and scored 1 goal. That appears to have been the pattern of the season - we take an awful lot of on-target shots to score a goal.

Before the doom merchants among us start wringing their hands too much, if, and it is a big if, IF we win against Burnley AND QPR we will be clear at the top of the table by at least 2 points.

In my opinion Was shouldn't be playing at right back and Miguel shouldn't be starting ahead of Moore, I heard that some people think Nigel is keeping Moore out to dampen down speculation from other clubs but if that is the case we can't play him until the transfer window closes which is stupid.

Our strikers (Nugent in particular) seem to play back passes rather than take shots.

I've said for a while that Kasper isn't at his best, he has been beaten a lot this season by shots he used to save, having no pressure on his position isn't good.

It's much easier to have a good game in goal when you have a defence in front of you, sadly this has not been the case in recent weeks. Not saying he shouldn't have saved a few of the efforts, but it has made his job twice as difficult.

None of the goals were Kaper's fault on Saturday so not sure why he is being criticised.

Was should have been tighter to the scorer for the first and and then when he was moved to the middle, he missed his header on the cross for the penalty which could have been avoided.

Defence certainly seems to be a problem and looked shaky all game. Would like to see us go back to the tried and tested RDL Wes Moore Konch as our back four.

Strikers also could do with being mixed up. Bollox to all this oh he runs so much and tries so hard bullcrap. Just start Wood instead of a dinstictly average at best striker or instead of the decent one contstantly being asked to play wide instead.
