Now confirmed.

Doncaster Rovers have signed striker Danny Cadamarteri on a month's loan from Leicester City.

The former Everton and Bradford City forward returns to Yorkshire to bolster Rovers' injury-hit frontline.
Cadamarteri, 27, joined Leicester in the January transfer window following a short spell with Grays Athletic which followed a drugs ban. However, he has been restricted to just seven substitute appearances for the Foxes, scoring once.

Give credit were credit is due.
Without RK, Danny Cadamarteri would be still lining up for Grays.
Have to agree with a lot of posters, he should have been given a few games to prove himself.
Lot goes on behind closed doors.
Maybe Danny new he was not going to get first team football at City.
RK doing him a favour to get him into match fitness with training so one of the title contenders in the lower leagues would use him on loan

Nonsense, that's Eric Hall's job, not Rob Kelly's. Rob Kelly is a football manager not an agent.

Nobody deserves credit for taking a footballer on a gamble, the gamble looks like it might pay off, and then for no reason getting rid of him

Sorry but RK is not a football manager. He is someone who was given the job because the board was broke and was able to take advantage of a few good results based on the departure of Levein.

It's gone past all normal reason now - everyone knows he is hopeless, but we are just marking time to the end of the season.

By title he is, by definition he is. He is a football manager.

He shouldn't be, I grant you that, he shouldn't even be allowed to be called a coach, let alone "a great coach" as certain sections of our support call him (idiots).

But he is a football manager, and on that I judge him.

RK will be gone some time soon, but there is a bit of histeria on here from time to time. We have no clue to how Cad has trained or what has gone off behind the scenes - we do not have the facts. RK now appears to be blamed for us not having a reserve league to play in (not you Melts, but others).

Letting Cad go out on loan may be a sensible decision or it could be stupid - time will tell. Kelly has obviously decided to go with a big man, little man combination up front and Cad obviously falls behind Hume, Fryatt (now he is fit) and Hammond (presumably for pace). Newton's arrival has seen the right wing option also now taken.

If he scores a few for Donny and we get enough points to be safe, Cad may get a run in the team having got some fitness and sharpness whilst out on loan.

Part of a managers job is Man Management, if he falls out with players, or he can't get them training then he is at least in part responsable.

The Frustration with Danny is that he showed enough promise to sugest he could be better than our current strikers, and is shipped out without a chance.

I am just saying we have seen 7 substitute appearances (a couple of good ones, but also a couple of non-descript performances), whilst Kelly has seen him in training. Not saying Kelly has made the right decision, but there is a bit of histeria on here now as the vast majority of us know he needs to be replaced.
