Same old same old.

Same old same old.

Exactly what I thought!

Seems strange he didnt give Beckham the chance to get his 100th cap? If he doesnt include him for a friendly not much chance in competitive matches!

Should have at least given becks a 15min cameo role then sent him off in the sunset.

Quite, 100 caps for an England legend.
Crapello's pissed me off not doing that.

i dont like beckham, never have, think he is one of the most over rated players in recent years, but think he should have been given his 100 caps, it not like its a vital game.

i beleive that no matter what he may have done in the past, he still ahs to earn, and be worth the 100th cap. im sure that the other players who got the milestone, were still playing regularly, and well, thus deseving a place in history as one of the few who made it to 100

Wes Brown = The human baked bean.

Why he is in along with Jenas, Davies and James. I really dont see the point of including these, they have either proved they are not up to it, or not shown any real form this season.

Partly agree.

But there is still room in our game for sentiment. David Beckham gives 100% for his country, he will play for his country until his dying day if he could.

Out of the current bunch of ungrateful and unmotivated players, Beckham is the one stands out as the player who plays with passion and pride in his nation. This is highlighted in no finer example than his last minute goal against Greece. Beckham was full of passion a euphoria, I thought he was going to explode. Did you see the other fcukers?, they just pottered over to him and patted him on the back FFS!!!

He has more passion and pride for his country in his little finger than the rest of the cnuts have in put together.

IMO, the FA should intervene and pay him this tribute and give him a second half appearance in a meaningless game.

but do you not think it would undermine the acheivement? , just being given your 100th cap because the fa feels sorry for you?

No, it won't be a sympathy thing because the FA "feel sorry" for him, it'll be a tribute.
