Captain Fantastic?

It's another poll peeps - I am really undecided on Kisnorbo and wanted to ask my priviledged posters what they think, in the hope I may see something I had missed...

So, what do you lot think? Is he any good? He is our Captain after all.

Dont like any of the options Alex! He is doing well at the job he has been given. Should he be captain? No.

I think Mcarthy should be captin. He shows some passion during games, and is no where near as poor as Tiatto.

I think we should have a proper club cpatin though, just like Matt Elliott was or Steve Walsh. The should be players that lead by example!

I reckon kisnorbo is probably just about the right option at the mo. Still pretty undecided about him to though.

How about Joey as captain? The guy has been inspirational last few games and has totally changed my opinion of him

The trouble with Kisnorbo is that he isn't a natural midfielder and most of his work is negative. Goes backwards ok, but is lucky if he manages to find a player when he plays forward. Thought he looked better when he dropped back after Seehan got sent off but the only problem with that is that there are better players in front of him in that position. Think Joey been good this season because he's played with heart on his sleeve and would make a good partner if we could get a creative midfielder. Smithy is good on left, Sylla can be good but is to lazy to be reliable on the right. I think I would have a problem fitting Kisnorbo into the team on merit.

agreed. he may have the right psychological and physical attributes to be a captain but not the skill to be a professional footballer.

Had Maybury shown the form and commitment of last season I would have given him the arm band but he hasnt.

We are in a tricky situation. Because of the managers transfer policy we are left with players of a similar age and experience and our more experienced players cant make the team!!

I was disappointed with him last season but this season, he seems hungry and 'switched on'.
