Melton Fox said:I already know why players like Gareth McCauley want to play for our club and it's nothing to do with that nonsense about trusting RK and liking the whole set up. He is admirably moving up the career ladder
I know that privelidge is always there. I'm talking about a fully dedicated meeting, lets say 2 hours for arguments sake with a group of "sensible" fans where any answers are debatable until either party is satisfied with the answer, or lack of, without being hurded swiftly onto the next questionMike - True Blue Tinter said:I went to the FT AGM at the Walkers last season as an FT member. Both Tim Davies and Rob Kelly took part in a Q & A and neither 'ducked' any of the questions asked from the floor. I am sure if you 'ask' FT nicely they will invite the new Chairman along next time, but obviously the next AGM is seven months away!
And we can't even get A Mirror In The Bathroomlazzer said:still nothing new for me get moving even hinckley are staging concerts:icon_roll
Darth Vodka said:yeah, he always loved city... like Shevchenko moved to Chelsea cos he admired the ethos of the club
as Mrs Merton says, "Debbie McGee, what first attracted to you to millionaire Paul Daniels?"

Not a cat in hells chance. Webbo will, but thats itlazzer said:i see that, anyone else
Problem is, who would decide which fans could attend, and how could you weed out the " non-sensible " fans? I know RK's doing a Q&A sometime, but if memory serves correct, the cost is £16 per head. Personally, I think joining the FT and attending their AGM might be the better option.Melton Fox said:I know that privelidge is always there. I haven't got the answer to that unfortunatley, I'm talking about ideals. The current method of getting answers is second best, because has you pointed out, 1st best isn't that practical or possibleReal Sharapova said:Problem is, who would decide which fans could attend, and how could you weed out the " non-sensible " fans? Melton Fox said:Does the £10 membership to the trust qualify you to accept 2nd rate answers. I would pay £10 to join, no £100 to join if we could have face to face interviews with AT, and have some sort of come back to his responses instead of having to accept the answer he gives us on a piece of paper
no feckin point paying ten quid then is there.:icon_rollFoxes_Trust said:Get your cheque book out & come to our AGM in February next year, Andrew Taylor is already booked for that, and as in previous years questions from the membership are not pre-vetted.
Previous years have seen Tim Davies, Rob Kelly, Craig Levein, Dave Bassett all attend & answer anything asked
None of them ducked answers, they may not give the answers you wish to hear though
I may not attend that, however I may think about the membership thingy. I do critise the trust but I also see it's intentions are honourable.Foxes_Trust said:Get your cheque book out & come to our AGM in February next year, Andrew Taylor is already booked for that, and as in previous years questions from the membership are not pre-vetted.

Andrew Taylor said:Replacing Joey G will be tough but I heard (and probably said) the same thing about replacing Muzzy.
Andrew Taylor said:It's counter-intuitive to believe that we can/will succeed with the same players and less income but I think we can still have ambitions of greatness next season.
