TBH im worried we mite go down this season as the team seems to have less fight in it than other years ,mind you Nissa not here too keep us up :icon_sad:
I would expect this from Joe Fox or Fludie but not you!
Sam Allardyce would NEVER come here and it is ridiculous to even think so.
The sad thing is some people are starting to sound like Forest and Leeds fans and by suggesting we are still a 'big' club. WE AREN'T!
WHY ?????
Ego too big for MM. Might come with new Thai owners though!

I am obviously getting old ( not quite in the league of Western cos I can only go back to 1953) - but my mind is already going because I could swear that Big Sam was the long time manager of a club called Bolton Wanderers. I'm worried now because I realise that it's a trick of my mind because Willow states in capitals that Allardyce would only manage a big club.
In my younger days when I travelled this land in a self-propelled motor vehicle I discovered the small Lancashire town of Bolton - this same Bolton had a football club which was not regarded as having the potential of Leicester City.
For f-cks sake we need to have the ambition to get in someone of Allardyce's ability and nous and stop messing around with the likes of Allen and Holloway!
Yes and inspite of my mental stupour I did notice that Megson p-ssed off there from City but after 4 years of rot and having been bought up by a bloke whose always going on about spending money, I think we have to start by getting an experienced, quality manager - and if it costs, it costs. Allardyce is out of work and says he wants to get a new club this summer - get him in if possible. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure that we'll just about scrape survival in possibly the most crappy second tier division in history where there is virtually no quality and any team can beat any team and all that will happen under Ollie is that we will scrape along towards the bottom of the table next season with some people on this forum telling us that he is a great bloke and should be given about another ten years at least to prove that he is out of his depth.

Come on Grandad, get with the program. They're called CARS nowadays.....
obviously i am assuming you mean a car. If you were in some other type of self-propelled motor vehicle please describe it and I'm sure some helpful youth will let you know the modern name of said conveyance.
why could it not have been a motor bike he was on about, or a lorry?
At this moment in time, I am resolute. I will not be a season ticket holder next year if the prices go up. For the first time in 20 odd years.
I think raising the prices after this season would be nothing short of scandalous. I refuse to pay for the idiotic mistakes of our owner. It's his feck-up, let him pay for it.
I hope to be joined by thousands more in thinking this way? I think we need to make this viewpoint very clear to MM and his cronies over the next few weeks as prices are decided.
I don't base my decision on anything to do with the shite served up week in and week out for the last 4 years. Or the league we play in.
I have the cash for my season ticket set aside already. If it costs one penny more than this season, it will be spent on something else.
Mmm, better listen to this post Preston interview,
http://www.foxpodder.co.uk/
several minutes into it next years prices are mentioned
I am with brown nose on this one. If the prices go up, they can feck off. After watching this seasons shite they should be reducing the costs as a gesture of goodwill. But I am afraid the club do not know the meaning of customer relations and goodwill.
West Brom are cutting prices (even if they get promoted)
Ipswich are freezing prices
We are getting shafted
Same old, same old
But I have every faith in the Fans Consultative Committee, Ticket Price Sub-Committee, and I know they will come through on this one for us
was tongue firmly wedged in cheek when you typed that

If I bought a suit from Scotney's and it was proved to be faulty I would complain and if they did nothing about it I would never buy from there again...... I am failing to see the difference being a customer of LCFC and buying a ST on the strength of the promises they have stated in the past, IMO they are failing on their side of the contract with me.
