Get loads of small things and put them together in a box for her. Try to have a theme (like say the body, get something for her feet, something for her skin, something for her brain etc), she will love that fact that you have put some thought into it.

Was looking in Jan, the problem is she's a teacher so can't take any holiday, so I have to try to work it around school holidays. Rules it out a bit
