I'm still convinced Hernandez and Amartey will get exposed against better sides.
Hernandez was skinned more times than a basket of potatoes last night. I'm not sure that works, I had too much to drink last night. The point stands: he needs to get significantly better at covering his zone.

Agreed - he's clearly not a full back. But my god what a throw - it's a better ball into the box than most of our corners.

Slimani seems to be an improvement on Ulloa as the 'target man' option. Decent in the air and holds the ball up well.

A convincing win, we look like we belong in the Champions League.

I was also very pleased that we still played a high tempo game, other English teams slow down for the Champions League.

I didn't see the game and only caught a few minutes when it was replayed on TV here last night, is that why Albrighton appeared to be playing on the right in front of him?

Could well be. Mahrez and Albrighton definitely seemed to switch midway through the first half. I felt like they were switching for a while, but Albrighton may have been there to help Hernandez. Hard to tell, as both wingers put a lot of work in so were popping up all over!

I thought Hernandez did fairly well but yeah, got caught out a few times on the wing. Think he's a better CB than RB.

Call me a crazed loon if you want but I think Albrighton could well be our second best right back.

Probably the most sensible thing you've ever said.
