I have looked into this query further and on this occasion I am able to
refund you the amount removed of £49.20, however any items returned to us in
future that we are not able to repair may be subject to a partial refund if
it is not feasible for us to replace the item at the current value of your
returned product.

The amount of £23.06 will be refunded to your PayPal account within 3 to 5
working days.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused, if you require any further
assistance please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help.

Yes I clarified that was their error after spotting it once I'd posted the reply. It's £49.20.

No, I wont use them again as they clearly state I am likely to encounter the same problem again.

But they are only refunding £23.06 to your PayPal account?
 
I know, as I stated in post #43 I clarified that was an error in their email and they responded to say they were refunding the full amount.

Ah! I hadn't read that carefully enough.
