Too often people try to argue for points that have already been shown up for the utter bullshit they are. Too often people simply assert things without showing any reason why they believe the assertion to be correct. Too often I read of people having big egos or 'bullying' other forum members or 'flexing their e-muscles' (for ****'s sake) when in fact nothing of the sort has happened.

I think we'll agree to disagree then.

Aside from the fact that I know you understand the obvious differences between correcting a child's spelling in a learning environment and a forum, corrections given in school are constructive. Corrections such as



are not.

Do you not think a lot of these spelling 'mistakes' and grammatical 'errors' are done intentionally by people who actually do know better? I know for certain the person who got Danns' name wrong does. Surely deliberately targeting certain people and trying to wind them up in that manner is equally a form of bullying? Or am I hoping for too much that a teacher might be fair-minded about it?

Of course you are right, and that is why SuperScout is now banned. I didn't realise that the poster who spelt Danns wrong was doing it deliberately. I don't think most are doing it intentionally to be annoying, though I do agree most will know better but are doing it through laziness. I know, for instance, that when I post from my phone I can't be arsed to go back and correct all capital letters and mistakes so just post it.

For all you know, we might have offered CMS less than he was on at Peterborough, or less than WHU and QPR have. That doesn't make him greedy, it makes him normal and the same as you and me.

Some of them were alright, in fairness. Others had no clue whatsoever how to deal with someone who was clearly bored of the pace, and didn't appear to give a shit.

I was out last night with one of the back room staff, and he told me the CMS deal is OFF. Leicester have pulled the plug on it as he (CMS) was getting too greedy and demanding too much, so Sven decided not to bother.

If true this is a good sign that Sven is not simply going to agree to outrageous wage demands, even if the owners are prepared to write the cheques. I am sure that the dressing room is a happier place when players are on similar wages. There must have been a couple of players last season asking themselves if the Yak was worth 10 times what they were on.

I think most of footballers to day are - Most clubs have 1 or 2 players that love the club they play for and stay loyal - the rest of the badge kissers are just out to fill their piggy bank as fast as they can giving it "it's only a short career and my family needs security " - I'm not the greatest mathematician in the world but if a footballers earning a meagre 10k a week on a 3 year contract that works out at approx 1 and a half million - now how many years would it take me to earn that?

I don't know what WHU offered him, but he saw fit to say no to it, and by all accounts it looked like he was going to sign for us but then asked for more. You may say he's asking for what he feels he's worth and we've not agreed with his own valuation. Greedy is just the term used by the fella who told me that Leicester had decided to pull the plug on the deal.

I'm not saying he isn't greedy, just that we don't know it. Kingy was telling him to feck off based on what he assumed was/is happening. For what it's worth, I think there are much better strikers out there than CMS so won't be upset if we don't get him.
