Well Blackpool could lose against Derby next week and then it will be clearer as to how many of the other 8 clubs who could be above them on the final weekend are in a position to do so.

4pts from Bolton and Palarse is a decent return, the damage was already done with defeats against the likes of Posh, Wednesday and Barnsley. Still not out of it, but do we deserve anything from this season after 15 defeats and a run of only 1 win in 12 ?

Not take that for granted though. This game in hand is against Millwall at the New Den and not for 10 days yet. This will be Millwalls 3rd home game on the trot after games against Blackburn midweek and Forest next weekend. Palace could lose at Blackburn next weekend as they are desperate for a win themselves. The game at the New Den could then be a way back into the top 6 for them if the other results have gone against them (hopefully ours will!!)

Their home form isn't great at the moment. They've drawn the last three, against Barnsley, Blackpool and Brighton. So if they can't beat B teams, they should lose against our A team...
