The ad callis it "Midlands Conference Centre", which is the name they use for the conference centre at the stadium.

Maybe there are two Midlands Conference Centres in Leics?

Looks like Midlands Conference Centre is the description, rather than the name.

It seems this is the place that's for sale: http://www.themeetingcentre.com/index.php

The ad lists it as a 'MIDLANDS CONFERENCE CENTRE'. That is not the same as saying that it is called 'Midlands Conference Centre'. You will have noticed that there is a 'COASTAL GUEST HOUSE' listed lower down the page; would you suggest that it's name might be 'Coastal Guest House'.

I am aware that at one time the Club had intention to brand their Conference facilities as 'Midlands Conference Centre'. Even if they did once do it, I can see no real evidence that it is still so-named. See the current brochure: http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/staticFiles/e/7e/0,,10274~97806,00.pdf

The ad says that the premises "can accommodate group sizes from 2 – 200 people". The facilities at the Walkers are for "a small meeting for 5 or a major conference for 550". You might counter that there is only an intention to sell off part of the facilities but that invalidate the figures quoted for turnover etc in the ad.

etc

etc

But mainly because I find it inconceivable that part of the stadium could be sold as Freehold.

I agree.

If ollie stays we will be in this position next season. or worse.

Ollie out
I know this is slightly off topic, but I was at Barnsley on Sat, and we didn't look the better team. We got extremely lucky! That goal was our only real chance - and that was just from a punt up field.

Meanwhile Barnsley hit the woodwork twice.

Ih has no idea about tactics, and although it seems to be agreed that he is a nice guy he isn't good enough. By his own measure he said 'judge me after Jan with my own players' - well I wasn't too impressed before Jan, but now in mid April with two games to go and the real possibility of relegation staring us in the face I really can not see any future for him at this club.

He knows he is a dead man walking and so do the players IMO.

Perhaps you should start a new thread about this

Join those of us that have seen the light. :icon_bigg :023: :icon_wink

was the performance the thing that mattered to us tho', the points are everything for me at this stage of the proceedings. I'll settle for another shower of shyte and 3 points on saturday, although I would love a killer performance if they have it in them.:icon_cool

Considering IH made a change in the tactics which led to the goal on Saturday.

And by the way that post sounded so Moan-In Radio Leicester. 'I was at the match and we were awful...' blahablah.

That usually goes 'I wasn't at the match but we were awful' on RL I find :)

I assume this is a Joke?

Lee Hendrie was injured. Thats why he made the change. No other reason.

Did you go to the match Hazz?

He's referring to the fact that he switched Hume from centre forward to right wing, switched Bell over to the left, and moved Hayles up front

Crazy bastard he knows Hume cant play right wing!

He wasn't when we scored - he had come inside and was playing right through the middle, miles away from the right wing

:icon_roll:icon_roll

Imagine that somebody playing in midfield making a late run into the box. Now you mention it putting Hayles up front didnt work either.... :icon_roll

Sorry from your first post I thought you were suggesting that playing Hume on the right wing hadnt worked and it was only because he moved to playing through the middle that he scored. Must have misread your post!

I was simply saying that from what I saw he had been pushed into playing behind the front two just prior to us scoring

And it worked a treat
