A MAN was stabbed early on Sunday morning during a mass brawl outside a troubled West Kensington nightclub.
Up to 30 people were involved in the fight outside the Crescent Club, in North End Crescent, in which the victim, in his 20s, was wounded in the side of his body just before 3am.
He was rushed to hospital but his injuries were not believed to be serious or life-threatening.
The crowd scattered before the police arrived and no arrests have been made.
Roads were sealed off on Sunday morning as investigations were carried out, with police reportedly washing down the pavement at the junction of Edith Road and North End Road.
The stabbing follows the killing of 33-year-old Ali Toprak outside the club in June last year in a similar-scale early morning brawl.
A police spokesman said: "There were around 20 to 30 people fighting and someone suffered a stab wound to the side of his torso. He was taken to hospital but the injury was not as serious as it first appeared."
The nightclub, which hosts 'Paparazzi' theme nights on Saturdays, has proved unpopular with residents living in surrounding streets.
